I just wanted to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas indeed, and hopefully, somewhere amid all the hustle and bustle of the season, we can remember, at least for a minute, what this holiday is all about, which is our Savior. With every gift given or received, perhaps we can remember why we give gifts in the first place--to symbolize the greatest gift ever given to mankind, which is Christ the Lord, the only Begotten Son of our Father in Heaven, who gave Him to us so we can eventually return Home.

"Mostly humble" indeed! Good post!
(I quizzed Vance on what Christmas was about again last night. He remembered about the Savior and then I reminded him about the reason for the gifts. )
Merry Christmas to you and yours!

Liz! I can't believe all your hate speech about Christmas! Don't you know Christmas is all about who gets the most? You are totally bringing me down with all this religious stuff ;)
Just kidding, hope you have a Merry Christmas! We watched "Joy to the World" and "Mr. Kreugger's Christmas" while my family was over last night. Yay for feeling the love of the Savior and sharing time with family!
have you seen 'The Nativity' that came out a few years ago, timpani? it is seriously really good.
and thanks both of you!
sucks that we can't see you!
